Where to download Oracle JDeveloper 12.2.1.3 for SOA and OSB development

Oracle likes to confuse you sometimes.

Are you looking to download Oracle JDeveloper 12c (12.2.1.3.0) to do your SOA and OSB development?

You might struggle finding the correct version. Essentially, you will need to download Oracle SOA Suite 12.2.13.0 QuickStart. Do not download Oracle JDeveloper Studio Edition 12.2.1.3.0.

RIGHT:
Download the two required files from here:

Extract them, then run the command:

java -jar fmw_12.2.1.3.0_soa_quickstart.jar
