Resolving multiple GCC errors installing Python package 'langchain'

I tried installing the Python package langchain on an OCI Linux 8 instance using this command:

pip3 install langchain==0.0.27

Error #1

I received the following GCC error where it could not find cc1plus1:

Simply install the gcc-c++ linux package to resolve this:

yum install gcc-c++

Error #2

Then I received the following error related to a missing Python.h file:

Simply install the python3-devel linux package to resolve this:

yum install python3-devel
