Cloud resources and services no longer showing up on OCI console
Our OCI services have been working fine for years. They are used to host a few blog platforms, websites, development environments, and other odd services.
A few months ago, none of my administrator accounts could see any service or resource in the OCI console/dashboard. This completely baffled me.
The first ticket to Oracle Support was useless, as the support agent wanted me to troubleshoot browser issues and capture all this unnecessary data from the browser developer utilities.
The second ticket to Oracle Support had a good idea, but it wasn't the solution.
Turns out all our accounts were changed from the default us-ashburn-1 to us-phoenix-1.
I'm really not sure why this has happened after 7 years of non-issues.
