Department Directors may approve purchases up to $50,000.

Vice Presidents may approve purchases up to $250,000.

The CFO may approve purchases up to $1,000,000.

Purchases exceeding $1,000,000 require CFO and CEO approval.

Approval authority may not be delegated to an individual who does not meet the applicable organizational authority requirements.
